A New Focus on the Marketplace

A part of creating our future is redefining our core business. We have defined the core business as that which services six market segments in key geographic areas. The market segments and their primary geographic regions are indicated below.

In addition, CDC Service will operate as a separate entity and provide Truck-based Repair and Maintenance, Upgrade/Interior Finish Construction, and Large Commercial and Industrial Construction in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

We have established business strategies for each of these market segments by geographic area. Our strategy for each during the next few years has been determined according to market requirements and our capabilities and is defined as follows:

Grow with the market in order to keep market share
Grow faster than the market to increase market share
Disregard market share in order to minimize risk and maximize cash flow

We believe these strategies will help us reach our goals, improve service to customers and position TDIndustries for further growth.
