Why Now?

Some may ask, “Why now? For 50 years, we’ve survived without comprehensive strategic planning!” For those who have spent the past four months deeply involved in the strategic planning process, the reasons are clear and compelling: First, it’s more difficult to be successful in business today than ever before in our history. To continue to be successful--through good times and hard times--we have to be more focused and proactive.

The best time to plan is from a position of strength. We can get ahead of the power curve and avoid reacting in a time of crisis. It’s the best time for the careers of TDPartners, for our customers and for our business results.
