Hank serves business owners, CEOs and senior executives as a strategist and business coach with an acute orientation towards application and results. As a business coach/facilitator for Vistage International, the world's largest CEO membership organization, he helps business owners, CEOs and senior executives effectively manage growth for greater profitability. Hank received the prestigious Vistage Chairman's Excellence Award for building and maintaining three thriving Vistage groups in Charlotte, NC and providing his members with a world class leadership experience.

In Hank's varied business background, he has started, bought and sold companies, and led both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. He has a broad background in business start-ups, mergers and acquisitions and ownership transition. In addition to his role as a Vistage Chairman in Charlotte he is the founder and CEO of the Heidenreich Group, helping closely held companies develop leaders, set strategy and improve performance. He is a member of the International Association of Facilitators, the International Society for Performance Improvement and the Strategic Management Society.
